Commercial Support Manager
Position Summary:
To Manage and Coordinated the order from Customer starting from Input until Delivered to the customer, Complained goods, samples and Control daily dispatch.
Responsibilities:
- Order & Data Management: Ensure all Sales Orders are accurately entered into SAP on the same day POs are received, and oversee new product creation via the MDM portal.
- Production & Allocation Coordination: Track orders using daily reports, coordinate daily allocation priorities with related departments.
- Delivery & Logistics Monitoring: Oversee daily shipments to meet targets, coordinate with Credit Control for order releases, and work with Logistics to ensure outbound deliveries are dispatched.
- Sample Orders Management: Ensure timely delivery of customer and internal samples.
- Complaints & Returns Handling: Manage the end-to-end return process, ensuring QA inspects complaints, replacement threads are produced for valid claims, and Credit Notes are issued.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and supervise the Customer Service team to meet KPIs and SOPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven ability to manage, supervise, and develop a Customer Service or operational team to meet targets and follow SOPs.
- Proficient in database analysis and data interpretation (experience with SAP or CRM systems is highly preferred).
