We are looking for a Digital Platform & IT Support Specialist to build, launch, and manage the Emperor Impact digital platform.
During the first four months, the primary focus will be designing and launching a donor-ready website using Odoo, including donation workflows, CRM and payment integrations, campaign tracking, analytics, and engaging impact content. The role will work closely with the Graphic Designer and Marketing team to create a user-friendly, accessible, mobile-optimised platform that encourages and supports donor engagement.
Once the platform is live, the role will take ownership of its ongoing performance and optimisation, including SEO, website speed, donor journeys, and campaign tracking. The position will also provide first-line Microsoft 365 and general IT support across the Emperor Group, maintain technical documentation, and coordinate with external IT and security providers when required.
This is a hands-on role combining website development, digital systems, platform ownership, and IT support, with the opportunity to grow into a broader group-level digital and systems position.
