Job Description:
- Plan and manage fleet scheduling for export, import, domestic, and project logistics shipments according to operational needs.
- Coordinate operations with internal divisions, drivers, trucking vendors, and related parties to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Monitor delivery implementation from loading and travel until the goods are received by the customer, and provide progress updates to relevant parties.
- Manage trucking operational administration, including ensuring complete delivery documents, operational reports, vendor administration processes, and operational costs.
- Monitor fleet condition and vendor/driver performance, including vehicle readiness, maintenance schedules, complete vehicle documentation, and operational performance evaluations.
- Control trucking operational costs to ensure they align with the company budget by monitoring the use of road, fuel, tolls, and other operational costs.
- Handle operational issues that arise during the delivery process and coordinate problem resolution quickly and effectively to minimize the impact on service.
- Ensure all trucking activities are carried out in accordance with company SOPs, HSE/K3 standards, and applicable laws and regulations, and strive for continuous improvement to enhance operational quality.
Responsibilities:

- Ensure fleet availability according to operational needs.
- Ensure all deliveries are on time.
- Maintain good communication with customers, vendors, drivers, and internal company personnel.
- Control trucking operational costs to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure all shipping documents are complete and accurate.
- Ensure the security of goods during transportation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable transportation regulations.
- Evaluate the performance of trucking drivers and vendors.
- Responsible for operational reporting to superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in trucking, transportation, or freight forwarding.
- Understand the operational processes of export, import, and domestic shipping, as well as supporting shipping documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Possess communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Meticulous, disciplined, responsible, and able to work both individually and in a team.
- Willing to work outside of operating hours when needed.
