Training & Development Manager
The Training & Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing learning strategies that enhance employee capabilities and operational performance. This role partners closely with Operations leaders to identify training needs, deliver effective learning solutions, and ensure training programs support business objectives.

- Identify organizational training needs through performance analysis and collaboration with Operations leaders.
- Develop and execute learning strategies, training curricula, and development programs aligned with business objectives.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve training materials and learning content for Operations.
- Facilitate training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives to enhance operational capabilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and business performance.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational excellence through capability development.
- Monitor training budgets, schedules, and learning records to ensure efficient program execution.
- Stay updated with learning trends and implement innovative approaches to enhance employee development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Management, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Learning & Development or Training functions, preferably within Retail, QSR, Hospitality, or FMCG.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing competency-based learning programs.
- Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), instructional design, learning evaluation, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Experience measuring training effectiveness and ROI.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools (LMS experience is a plus).
