About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead and develop our telesales team, drive sales target achievement, and build efficient, results-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly/annual sales targets
• Develop outbound and inbound call strategies to improve lead-to-sale conversion rates
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, revenue) and produce regular performance reports
• Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and skill development for team members
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and quantity
• Manage scripts, SOPs, and telesales tools (CRM, dialer systems, etc.) for optimal workflow
• Handle escalated customer complaints not resolved by the team
• Recruit and onboard new telesales team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales/sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of leading a team and consistently achieving sales targets
• Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Analytical, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any major, preferably Marketing/Management/Business)
