System Analyst
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and comprehensive system specifications
- Prepare and maintain requirement documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Use Cases, and User Stories
- Support system development and configuration through coding and technical implementation when required
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct functional testing and validate system functionality to ensure it meets business and technical requirements
- Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users, including issue identification, resolution, and validation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a System Analyst.
- Has experience in Financial Services Industry (Banking, Insurance, Multifinance)
- Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Use Cases, and User Stories
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience leading or coordinating a team is an advantage
