Senior HR & GA
Tanggung Jawab:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee training (TNA, planning, execution, and evaluation) and coordinate internal/external training programs.
- Support Organization Development (OD) initiatives, including improving organizational structure, workforce effectiveness, and HR processes.
- Manage end-to-end payroll for ensure compliance with PPh21 & BPJS, and oversee payroll disbursement and monthly compensation reports.
- Handle office supplies, cleaning, transportation, and security.
- Handle documents: VISA, KITAS, and operational coordination.
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations activities, including managing disputes, disciplinary actions, and representing the company in labor union negotiations.
- Prepare monthly reports and support internal or external audits.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience 5 years as an HR Generalist with proven expertise in handling Payroll functions.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and PPh21 and HR best practices.
- Able to manage confidential information and work independently.
- Details minded, result oriented, strong conceptual and analytical skill and able to work under pressure.
