Kualifikasi Minimum

• Candidate must have at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum GPA 3.4 of 4.0
• Has at least 3 years' experience in audit (Ex big four accounting firm will be an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken (majority of the project delivered in English)
• Has accounting or tax qualification will be an advantage.
• Outspoken and having good leadership.
• Able to work in dynamic and mobile working environment.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• You will be responsible to manage the team providing assurance (financial audit, review, etc) and non-assurance projects (internal control, accounting advisory, etc) for the entire process.
• You will have a chance to join financial advisory project (such as financial due diligence projects) that we are engaged,
• You will supervise, coach and review the tasks prepared by associate level,
• You will prepare audit documentation for high/critical risk area,
• You will provide regular update to your manager / the level above,
• You must have a good project management skill and strong interpersonal skill as a key success factor
