Tanggung Jawab

Lead the technical team (ABAP/Fiori/BTP/RAP) in developing and customizing SAP solutions.
Oversee development, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices.
Review functional specifications and provide accurate technical effort estimations.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor developers on modern SAP technologies (SAP BTP, RAP, CDS).
Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems (middleware, APIs).

Kualifikasi

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
Proficient in English is a must (verbal and written)
Strong proficiency in ABAP (OO, BAdI, User Exits) and modern SAP development (RAP, OData, Fiori).
Experience in S/4HANA environments and Cloud integration.
At least 2 full-cycle implementation projects in a technical leadership capacity.
Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and technical architecture design.
