Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support or a similar role
3. Well-groomed and presentable is a must
4. Can speak Chinese and English is a must and not negotiable
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong administrative and organizational abilities
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
8. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
9. Detail-oriented and highly accurate in preparing documents
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
1. Preparing daily booking report twice in a day base on vessel
2. Preparing cancellation customer list base on vessel
3. Preparing daily load list container vs booking list starting from open cy – closing time
4. Preparing final load vs BSA per vessel
5. Doing market research on market trend based on commodity
6. To support BD Manager in developing outport biz./project (biz. trip 2x/quarter, local throughput, market review, service model)
