- Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Material Sales, specifically handling developer and commercial projects
- Experienced in managing projects such as residential housing, apartments, government projects, malls, office buildings, and hotels
- Possess a strong network and database within developers, contractors, and commercial project sectors
- Experienced in client visits, maintaining relationships, and business entertainment activities with developers and project stakeholders
- Strong understanding of project development timelines and tender processes
- Familiar with sales forecasting and sales pipeline management
- Experienced in working with agents, distributors, and business partners
- Own a private vehicle (car) and hold a valid SIM A driving license
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and expand B2B & commercial project sales opportunities in the building material industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners
- Identify new project opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Conduct regular visits and business meetings with clients to maintain long-term partnerships
- Manage project pipelines and prepare periodic sales forecasting reports
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding project progress, technical requirements, pricing, and customer needs
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations for prospective clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with agents, distributors, and business partners to maximize project acquisition
- Execute sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company sales targets and revenue growth
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales relationship management throughout the project cycle
