  • Experienced in managing projects such as residential housing, apartments, government projects, malls, office buildings, and hotels
  • Possess a strong network and database within developers, contractors, and commercial project sectors
  • Experienced in client visits, maintaining relationships, and business entertainment activities with developers and project stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of project development timelines and tender processes
  • Familiar with sales forecasting and sales pipeline management
  • Experienced in working with agents, distributors, and business partners
  • Own a private vehicle (car) and hold a valid SIM A driving license
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and expand B2B & commercial project sales opportunities in the building material industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners
  • Identify new project opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Conduct regular visits and business meetings with clients to maintain long-term partnerships
  • Manage project pipelines and prepare periodic sales forecasting reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding project progress, technical requirements, pricing, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations for prospective clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
  • Collaborate with agents, distributors, and business partners to maximize project acquisition
  • Execute sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company sales targets and revenue growth
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales relationship management throughout the project cycle
