Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Assistant Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience in an international hotel brand is preferred; Marriott experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Have good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with hotel sales systems and CRM is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel for sales calls, networking events, and business development activities.
- Familiar with the Manado and North Sulawesi market.
- Established network with corporate companies, government institutions, travel agencies, event organizers, and MICE clients.
