Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Develop and execute marketing, sales, and referral strategies to promote hospital services, products, and programs while building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance partners, referral sources, and the community. The role is responsible for driving patient acquisition, increasing corporate and insurance partnerships, ensuring effective referral management, and supporting business growth through strategic engagement, promotional activities, and excellent stakeholder relationship management.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Referral Management, or Account Management, preferably in the healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, medical device, or hospitality industry.
- Experience in direct selling, corporate sales, or managing relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, corporate clients, or referral partners is an advantage.
- Strong network with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, or other relevant stakeholders is preferred.
- Good understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, referral processes, and hospital business operations.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales or business development targets.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant business reporting or analytical tools.
