Own the sales cycle end to end. You take inbound leads from our email campaigns, qualify them fast, get in front of the client in person, uncover what they actually need, and bring back real job requirements we can fill through IT on Demand. The account is yours from first contact onward. You run the desk work, meaning responses, follow-ups, CRM, and coordination, and you get out and meet the client. Meetings are the priority. The desk work exists to make sure those meetings happen and nothing slips afterward. You also generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and follow-up on dormant leads.

This is a demanding role and we are direct about that. Your pipeline, your meetings, and your closed requirements are visible, measured, and yours. Nobody will chase you to make your calls or update your CRM. If you need to be managed daily, this is the wrong role and you will not enjoy it.
Sales does not run on a fixed schedule. A lead that lands at 8pm gets answered at 8pm, and if a client can only meet early, late, or on a weekend, you take the meeting. We are not asking you to be online around the clock, but we are asking for someone who moves when the opportunity moves rather than waiting for Monday morning.

- Respond to inbound inquiries within minutes, not hours, and convert them into scheduled in-person meetings.
- Stay responsive to leads and client requests outside standard working hours when the opportunity calls for it, including early mornings, evenings, and the occasional weekend.
- Get in the room. Run the meeting, build rapport, and leave with a clear picture of the client's hiring or project needs.
- Bring back qualified job requirements from CTOs, IT Heads, and procurement teams. This is the output we measure.
- Own the client relationship end to end, from the first inbound email through to the requirement landing with our delivery team and beyond.
- Follow up relentlessly by phone, email, and WhatsApp until you get a yes or a definitive no.
- Handle objections live, on the phone and across the table.
- Track every lead, action, follow-up, and status in our CRM daily, without exception.
- Build your own pipeline through referrals, events, and your existing network.
- Supplement the funnel with self-generated outreach when inbound is quiet.

- Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, with a track record of face-to-face client meetings and closed business. Background in IT staffing, outsourcing, resourcing, or recruitment is what we're looking for.
- A natural salesperson with genuine warmth and an energetic personality. You enjoy people, you're comfortable walking into a room of strangers, and clients remember you.
- Someone who takes full ownership. When a lead goes cold or a meeting falls through, you fix it. You do not wait to be told and you do not pass it to someone else.
- Hungry. You want to earn, you want to grow, and you are willing to work hard for both.
- Flexible with your time. You understand that deals close on the client's schedule, not yours.
- Persuasive and confident in front of senior stakeholders, without being pushy.
- Maintain a polished and professional image and manner. You represent Atreus Global in the client's boardroom.
- Self-driven. You maintain a high level of activity and organization with no one standing over you.
- High emotional intelligence. You read the room, adjust your pitch, and know when to push and when to listen.
- Comfortable balancing desk discipline with a calendar full of client visits. Both matter, and neither can slip.
- Organized enough to juggle multiple live opportunities without dropping any of them.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Both, at a professional level, spoken and written.

- Experience selling IT resourcing, staff augmentation, contract hiring, or professional services.
- Recruitment or agency background, particularly if you've worked technical roles and understand how requirements get scoped.
- Enough technical fluency to hold a credible conversation with a CTO or IT Head about the profiles they need.
- Strong presenting skills over Zoom and Google Meet as well as in person.
