Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage HORECA customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering, and cloud kitchens.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets through effective account management and territory planning.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and business reviews.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HORECA, Food Service, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of the HORECA market and food service business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel frequently for customer visits.
- Possesses a valid SIM A/C.
