Persyaratan
- Already domicile in Bali is a MUST // WAJIB sudah berdomisili di Bali
- Previous experiences in a 5 star hotel, luxury restaurant or semi-/fine dining establishment for at least 2 years is highly preferred
- English Professionals skill for business purpose.
- All menu experiences.
- Luxury restaurants experience and knowledge of hospitality and service standards.
- Interpersonal and capability to maintain synergy of team-working.
- POS system.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Management and administration skills.
- Organizational skills.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Manajemen Operasional
- Organize and oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing shifts, scheduling, and coordination between departments.
- Ensure a high level of service in line with the SATOSHI restaurant concept.
- Monitor compliance with service standards and the condition of guest areas.
- Resolve day-to-day issues related to guests, suppliers, technical failures, and other incidents.
- Ensure adherence to sanitary regulations, safety standards, and internal protocols.
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of events (Jazz Nights, DJ sets, private events, etc.)
Manajemen Tim
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees, especially for key positions.
- Conduct regular team meetings, monitor discipline, and foster a positive working environment.
- Maintain a high level of team engagement and corporate culture.
Pengembangan & Optimalisasi Proses
- Develop, implement, and enforce operational standards, regulations, and business processes.
- Proactively improve workflows based on guest feedback, performance indicators, and observations.
Kontrol Keuangan & Pelaporan
- Monitor daily operating expenses (rent, utilities, security, cleaning, procurement, etc.), excluding kitchen and bar cost of goods.
- Oversee cash handling, discounts, payments, and refunds.
- Prepare the monthly profit and loss (P&L) report in collaboration with accounting, including key metrics analysis.
- Submit monthly performance reports to ownership (revenue, guest count, average check, sales breakdown, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to approved budgets for operational expenses.
Menu & Kehadiran Online
- Coordinate menu updates with the chef and bar manager, including positioning, naming, accuracy, and presentation.
- Ensure timely updates to the menu on the website and external platforms (Google, CHOPE, etc.)
Manajemen Kualitas & Reputasi
- Monitor guest reviews on key platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, etc.), initiate responses, and address issues in coordination with marketing or the SMM manager.
- Ensure the tone and content of responses are appropriate and timely.
- Oversee cleanliness, equipment condition, and overall ambiance of the venue.
