Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Recruitment Staff to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding activities. This role plays a key part in attracting and hiring top talent to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations when required.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Male candidate.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Staff.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and interview techniques.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment platforms and channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under deadlines and achieving recruitment targets.
