About the Role:
- Welcome employees, visitors, and service partners in a professional and courteous manner while managing visitor registration, access procedures, and front-desk operations.
- Handle incoming calls, meeting room coordination, courier services, mail distribution, and general reception activities to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Monitor reception and common areas, reporting facilities-related issues such as cleanliness, maintenance, access control, or workplace defects to the Facilities team for timely resolution.
- Support workplace hospitality, meeting preparation, office events, and other administrative activities to deliver an exceptional employee and visitor experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment while collaborating with facilities, security, building management, and other workplace service providers.

About You:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Office Administration, Tourism, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Workplace Services within a corporate environment.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming front-of-house presence.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with visitor management systems considered an advantage.
