RECEPTIONIST
Ringkasan Pekerjaan:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access
Persyaratan & Kualifikasi:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
