QHSE
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal regulations related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain QHSE documentation, records, reports, and work instructions.
- Assist in identifying risks, non-conformities, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate QHSE training, awareness programs, and employee inductions.
- Investigate incidents, customer complaints, and quality issues, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor workplace safety, environmental compliance, and implementation of HSE programs.
- Support management review meetings and prepare QHSE performance reports.
- Perform other duties assigned by the QHSE Supervisor or Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QHSE, QA/QC, or Management System.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Familiar with internal audit processes, CAPA, PDCA, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
