We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to join our team and ensure smooth procurement operations for our restaurant business.

🧾 Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing of food, beverages, and operational supplies
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure timely delivery of goods according to operational needs
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen and warehouse teams
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and compliance with standards
• Control purchasing costs and support budget efficiency
• Handle supplier performance evaluations and maintain good relationships

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Purchasing Staff in the restaurant or F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and operational needs
• Experience dealing with vendors, distributors, and local suppliers
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Familiar with purchasing systems and basic reporting
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
