PURCHASING MANAGER
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Manage day-to-day purchasing operations, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery follow-up.
- Source reliable suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate others departments to understand purchasing needs.
- Ensure quality and consistency of all purchased items.
- Handle supplier issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
- Maintain proper documentation and purchasing records.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Persyaratan & Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in hospitality, wellness, spa, or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of operational purchasing (daily orders, stock control, supplier coordination).
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiar with inventory systems and basic cost control.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
