Project Director (Data Center)
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of large-scale Data Center projects.
- Develop and execute project strategies to ensure successful delivery aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
- Manage project budget, revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow.
- Establish project governance and ensure compliance with company project management standards.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and issue escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Manage contracts, change requests, claims, and variation orders.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Report project performance to senior management and customers.
- Support pre-sales activities and provide project delivery expertise during bidding processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery, engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 3–5 years leading large-scale Data Center projects.
- Strong knowledge of Data Center infrastructure including Electrical Systems, HVAC, UPS, Generators, Fire Suppression, BMS, DCIM, and ICT Infrastructure.
- Experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and multi-vendor environments.
- Strong commercial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- PMP, PGMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Willing to travel frequently and be placed throughout Indonesia.
