Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Product Technology, Nutrition, Hospitality
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Product Audit, or Quality Control within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), fried chicken chains or coffee shop businesses
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams at Supervisor or Assistant Manager
- Strong understanding of Food Safety Management Systems, including GMP, HACCP, ISO, and quality documentation
- Proven experience in conducting product quality audits, evaluating compliance with SOPs, and driving corrective and preventive actions
- Experienced in conducting sensory evaluation and organoleptic testing for F&B products, including assessment of taste, texture, aroma, and consistency
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and root cause analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product Development, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing audit or quality teams
- High integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel frequently to stores/outlets for audit activities
- Willing to be placed at Central Kitchen Singosari, Malang Regency
