Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance across multiple offices.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including requirement gathering, RFQs/tenders, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection.
  • Establish and manage approved vendor panels and long-term framework agreements.
  • Develop and improve procurement policies, procedures, governance, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage centralized General Affairs activities and determine the appropriate scope between centralized and decentralized procurement.
  • Oversee office, showroom, and warehouse facilities, including maintenance, utilities, service providers, and workplace safety.
  • Manage office administration, business travel arrangements, company assets, inventory, and operational support.
  • Maintain procurement contracts, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate procurement and General Affairs activities across Tangerang, Surabaya, and Bali to ensure consistent practices and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, General Affairs or Supply Chain.
  • Experience managing end-to-end sourcing, tender and vendor selection processes.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Good understanding of budgeting and operational expense management.
  • Experience in contract review and supplier agreements will be an advantage.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Familiar with procurement governance and process improvement.
  • Experience managing office facilities and General Affairs operations is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong English communication skills are required. Candidates must be able to communicate confidently in both written and spoken English.
