PPJK Staff

Job Requirement:

  • Graduated min Diploma 3
  • Must Have PPJK Certificate
  • Min 3-4 years of experience in Export Import
  • Understanding of logistics documents, process, and flow

Key Responsibilities of a PPJK Staff:

Customs Clearance:

  • Handling the entire customs clearance process for both import and export shipments, including preparing and submitting necessary documents.

Document Management:

  • Managing import/export documents like PIB (Pengajuan Impor Berbasis PIB), PEB (Pengajuan Ekspor Berbasis PEB), BL (Bill of Lading), Invoice, Packing List, and other required paperwork.

Compliance:

  • Ensuring all customs procedures comply with Indonesian regulations and staying updated on new regulations and policies.

Coordination:

  • Coordinating with customs, forwarders, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment processes.

Calculation and Payment:

  • Performing accurate calculations of customs duties, taxes, and fees and ensuring timely payment.

Issue Resolution:

  • Resolving any issues related to customs documentation, shipment, or clearance.

Reporting:

  • Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on customs processes and shipment status.
