Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, and develop job descriptions and job structures across retail and head office functions.
- Ensure job roles and responsibilities are aligned with organizational strategy and business needs.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and KPI implementation.
- Analyze organizational performance data and provide improvement recommendations.
- Support manpower planning, job grading, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure role clarity and performance alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in Organizational Development or similar role.
- Strong understanding of job analysis, job evaluation, and Balanced Scorecard.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
