Organization Development Staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other related Engineering or analytical disciplines.
- Graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.50 (on a 4.00 scale) are preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. No prior work experience is required.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
- Eager to learn and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Job Description
- Collect, organize, and analyze organizational data to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data insights related to organizational performance.
- Support organization development initiatives through data analysis and process evaluation.
- Assist in reviewing and improving organizational structures, business processes, and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and effective implementation of organization development projects.
- Perform administrative and analytical tasks related to organization development.
