Operations Manager
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Proactively manage operational resources, maximize productivity, quality satisfaction, and control cost effective operational activities throughout the Indonesia’s business unit to accomplish business objectives
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
- Assist in the development of Indonesia’s Business plans to ensure profitability and quality aligned to Loscam and business expectations
- Effectively manage profit & loss
- Plan, lead and encourage, develop and motivate operational resources by providing a clear understanding of business strategies and objectives
- Effectively communicate between senior management & employees & contract labour employees to ensure profitability and quality aligned to Loscam and Indonesia’s business expectations
- Build relationships with internal customers, external customers, and supplier in order to maximise business satisfaction and profitability
- Drive Quality, productivity and cost efficient initiatives that promote accountability and competitiveness
- Ensure continued compliancy of Loscam environmental, Health and Safety requirements throughout Indonesia’s Law
- Accurately manage company assets
- Manage all operational aspects of the Quality System, Purchasing activities, facility and maintenace
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in related fields (Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain business, etc)
- Min 5 years experiences in management level
- Possess a proven” hand on” leadership skill set within an Operational/ Manufacturing environment.
- Experience in lean manufacturing or/and TPS (Toyota Production System) would be advantage
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, written, and oral communication skills.
