Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Acquire new merchants for EDC and QR Sticker (QRIS) solutions in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field visits. Conduct sales presentations and propose suitable payment solutions based on merchants’ business needs.
  • Achieve monthly and annual acquisition targets for new merchant onboarding and activation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, installation, and merchant activation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to encourage transaction growth and long-term engagement.
  • Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling banking products and services.
  • Handle merchant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Merchant Acquisition
  • Experience in acquiring merchants for EDC, QRIS, POS, acquiring business, or digital payment solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of digital payment ecosystems and merchant acquiring business is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned area.
