• Develop, Maintain and review MRP plans (end to end) to support production schedules and customer demand.
• Coordinate and Manage material master data accuracy on Material Plannings view in SAP systems.
• Review MRP plans Align with the plan for Phase In Phase Out schedule from taskforce.
• Execute for ordering RM PM based on safety stock and inventory policies, including review for the adjustment and revision of the purchase requisition.
• Conduct trend analysis on inventory safety stock and routinely review and discuss with procurement and suppliers to identify potential reductions based on historical delivery trends.
• Support continuous improvement projects in supply chain planning and stock management.
• Coordinate, communicate and alignment planning with Supply Planner, Procurement, PPIC, Warehouse, and Production teams.
• Prepare report key material usage and input to government template for usage reports to government.
• Following up and conduct alignment for the related quality material issue with QC, QA, PPIC and Procurement team.
• Provide input to supply review meeting based on inventory level of material

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in Any Major, preferably industrial engineering or pharmacist
• English Skill: Intermediate
• 3 or more years’ experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning/Material Planning with proven experience in leading a Supply Chain/PPIC department preferably in the Pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
• SAP, Planning and Material Management.
• Having excellent people skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, project management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution, including demonstrated success in conceptualizing new programs and tracking the progress of projects to completion.
• Strong interdisciplinary, intercultural, influence, and networking skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
• Interest in market dynamics along with business sense.
