Marketing Lead / Brand Marketing Lead

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including Content Creators, Graphic Designers, Content Admins, and KOL Specialists.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Oversee content planning and creative direction for social media, e-commerce, and paid marketing campaigns.
- Manage KOL and influencer marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high creative and execution standards.
- Report marketing performance and key insights to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience leading a marketing or creative team.
- Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign planning.
- Experience working with KOLs, influencers, and social media platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in e-commerce, beauty, or FMCG industries is a strong advantage.
