Marketing Head
Focus on effectively leading the extended marketing function, consist of:
- Portfolio/ Brand Management.
- Mase and Commercial Excellence
- Marketing Planning and Business Intelligence
- Business Sustainability and Corporate Affairs (including Government Affairs)
- Technical Market Development
- Support to deliver optimal and sustainable value across the company's business segments. It includes brand building, product life cycle management, strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, sustainability initiatives, government affairs and corporate affairs and ensure license to operate, provide commercial demo and learning for the grower through management of Learning and Development Centre across Indonesia (15 locations), responsible to deliver topline dan bottom line to reach long term goals
