Logistic Engineer

Tanggung Jawab:

• Plan, monitor, and optimize inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, Warehouse, and suppliers to maintain smooth material flow.
• Control inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and stock audits.
• Analyze logistics performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support Just-in-Time (JIT), FIFO, Kanban, and Lean Manufacturing implementation.
• Monitor warehouse operations, material handling, storage utilization, and transportation activities.
• Prepare logistics reports and analyze KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, logistics costs, and inventory turnover.
• Utilize ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) to manage logistics transactions and inventory data.
• Develop and maintain logistics SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and IATF 16949 requirements.
