Key Account Supervisor (MT)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position within the Beauty Brand specifically within the modern trade (Sociolla, Watson, Guardian, AEON)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Communicative, Target-oriented, analytical and detail-oriented
- Willing to travel and visit outlets as required by the business.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage relationships with buyers and other relevant parties within the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
- Develop and negotiate annual promotional plans, listings and trading terms.
- Implement promo, product visibility and marketing activities at outlets.
- Receive and monitor purchase orders until delivery is complete, ensuring stock availability.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analyses for each account.
- Monitor and manage SPG/BA performance, ensuring that display and promotional activities adhere to brand standards.
- Handle sales administration, claims, invoices and customer payments.
- Coordinate modern trade events such as brand days, in-store promotions and bazaars.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance and Merchandising) to ensure the smooth running of sales operations.
