Tanggung Jawab:
- Maintain and support all hotel IT systems including PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine (i.e VHP, D-Edge), back-office systems, guest internet access, and email.
- Build and monitor network infrastructure performance to ensure high availability.
- Manage server environment, storage, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate critical issues to vendors when needed.
- Ensure all systems comply with corporate policies, local regulations, and data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA or GDPR).
- Implement cybersecurity best practices, including firewalls, antivirus, software updates, and data encryption.
- Conduct regular audits of system access and usage.
- Lead the installation and upgrade of systems or hardware.
- Prepare the IT budget and monitor expenditures.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware/software purchases.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
- Train hotel staff on the proper use of IT systems and software.
- Maintain up-to-date IT documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and manuals.
Persyaratan:
- S1 Bachelor in IT, Computer Science.
- Min 3 – 5 years IT management experience, preferably with hotel hospitality background.
- Familiar with hotel systems (PMS, POS, accounting systems, booking engines, etc.), network infrastructure, firewalls, switches, wireless APs and Microsoft environments.
