Inventory Accounting Supervisor
Kualifikasi / Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or inventory management. Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and basic accounting principles.
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Experience or knowledge of retail operations is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of inventory movement, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and stock opname processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prepare accurate inventory reports.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail teams.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
