What You'll Do
- Lead Interior fit-out projects from project handover to final completion
- Plan projects schedules, manpower, material procurement, and execution strategies
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and project budget.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery
- Review shop drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project documentation
- Manage Site Supervisors and project teams to achieve project milestones
- Prepare weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Kualifikasi Minimum
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related Field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out construction
- Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager or Senior Site Supervisor
- Strong understanding of interior construction methods, BOQ, shop drawings, scheduling, and cost control
- Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectively
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to Travel to project sites
- Able to communicate in English is a must
