HSE Staff
Job Description
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures on the project site.
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare HSE reports, inspection records, incident reports, and other related documentation.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for project personnel.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the Construction Management (CM) team, Contractors, and other stakeholders regarding HSE implementation.
- Assist in emergency preparedness activities, including emergency drills and evacuation procedures.
- Promote a positive safety culture and encourage continuous improvement in workplace health and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3/HSE), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HSE Staff, HSE Officer, or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Possession of a valid General K3 (AK3U) or other relevant HSE certification is preferred.
- Familiar with Indonesian HSE regulations and construction site safety standards.
- Able to conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, and incident reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed at the project site in Buleleng, Bali.
Gaji
Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per bulan
