HR Development Department Head
We are seeking an experienced HR Development Department Head to lead our talent, learning, and organizational development agenda.
This role will be instrumental in building future-ready capabilities, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving organizational transformation across a geographically diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Capability Development
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise learning strategies to enhance organizational capability and employee performance.
- Establish innovative learning solutions, including leadership development programs, technical academies, digital learning platforms, and experiential learning initiatives.
Talent & Leadership Development
- Design and execute enterprise-wide talent management strategies, including succession planning, high-potential development, leadership acceleration, and career management programs.
- Drive talent review processes and workforce capability planning in partnership with business leaders.
Performance & Culture Management
- Strengthen and continuously improve the performance management system to enhance accountability, productivity, and employee growth.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with corporate values and strategic business objectives.
Organization Development & Transformation
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Support business transformation by aligning people strategies with organizational priorities.
Continuous Improvement
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. A Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Human Capital, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide talent development, leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into impactful people initiatives and measurable organizational outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, deliver presentations, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and international stakeholders.
- Experience working in a large, multi-site organization or diversified business group will be an advantage.
