We are looking for a strategic technology leader to lead the company's overall IT strategy, infrastructure, applications, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation agenda. This role will oversee IT Operations, Core Applications, and the Data Team while aligning technology with business and Industry 4.0 objectives.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and Industry 4.0 vision.
• Lead digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, and administrative functions.
• Establish technology governance, standards, policies, and data integrity practices.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT organization.
• Oversee Odoo ERP v17, in-house WMS, and planned MES development on the Ignition platform.
• Ensure system integration and data synchronization through open APIs and a Unified Namespace approach.
• Manage on-premise infrastructure, disaster recovery, network, servers, WiFi, CCTV, attendance/access control, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee technology projects including Industrial Automation, AGV systems, and ASRS Cold Storage Warehouse operations.
• Guide enterprise data architecture, ETL/integration pipelines, data quality, BI dashboards, and predictive analytics.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, technology risks, regulatory requirements, and audit compliance.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong enterprise IT management experience with hands-on exposure to open-source technologies and Industry 4.0 implementations.
• Experience leading IT Operations, enterprise applications, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
