• Leading end-to-end HR Operations and People & Culture initiatives.
• Developing and executing talent development strategies to strengthen organizational capability and leadership pipeline.
• Implementing HR best practices aligned with international hospital standards.
• Partnering closely with Corporate Human Capital to ensure strategic alignment, governance, and consistent execution across the Group.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Head of Human Capital/HR leadership role.
• Strong preference for professionals with hospital or healthcare HR management experience.
• Proven track record in HR transformation, talent development, employee relations, and operational HR excellence.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering capabilities.
