Nusa Padel Benoa is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Officer to join our Front Office and Guest Services team in Bali. This is a full-time position based at our stunning beachfront property, where you will be the primary point of contact for our guests throughout their stay. As Guest Relation Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing inquiries, and ensuring every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories of Locca Sea House. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome to the property.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns throughout their stay.
- Provide comprehensive information about the property's facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate and arrange special requests, such as dining reservations, spa bookings, and excursions.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and report feedback to management.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for personalised service delivery.
- Liaise with other departments including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide local recommendations and assist with travel arrangements and transportation bookings.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to the property's service standards at all times.
Yang Kami Cari:
- Proven experience in guest relations, front office operations, or a similar customer-facing hospitality role.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, or French is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Professional demeanour with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and computer applications.
- Knowledge of the Bali area, local attractions, and tourism offerings.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- A warm, welcoming personality and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
