General factory manager
Develop and implement manufacturing operational strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across one or multiple production facilities, including Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Shipping.
Develop mid- to long-term capacity planning to support business growth and customer demand.
Manage the operational budget and capital expenditure (CapEx) to ensure investment effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Establish and ensure the implementation of the company's Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) strategy.
Lead corporate risk management initiatives, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure operational performance meets business targets.
Leverage ERP systems and operational data to support strategic decision-making and improve manufacturing performance.
Collaborate with Executive Management to formulate and execute operational strategies that support business growth, particularly for export-oriented operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Division, Multi-Plant, or equivalent senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing operational strategies, mid- to long-term capacity planning, and overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations and driving operational strategies that support business growth.
- Proven experience in managing operational budgets and capital expenditure (CapEx).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid understanding of QEHS systems, corporate risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Good understanding of Manufacturing ERP systems, operational reporting, and performance analysis.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Willing to relocate to Kalimantan or nearby regions.
