Semaai co-founders are ex Entrepreneurs, Goldman Sachs, World Bank, and Schlumberger, with 30 years of rich experience in the technology, agri-business, and development sector in Indonesia and India. Kriteria Seleksi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in credit operation, preferably in fintech lending, multi finance, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial services, payments, lending, or investment products.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools would be an advantage.
- Should have professional level proficiency in English, Bahasa Indonesia, Javanese.
- Preferably have experience at Fintech company such as (Amartha, Kredivo, BRI)
Profil ini akan bertanggung jawab untuk:
- Oversee the end-to-end user experience, ensuring a smooth process from application to repayment.
- Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and credit scoring to assess customer eligibility and creditworthiness.
- Conduct credit limit analysis, including limit allocation and reallocation based on customer performance and risk assessment.
- Monitor customer repayments and maintain effective communication with customers and the field team to ensure timely collections and resolve payment-related issues.
- Work with the field team, set performance metrics, meet targets, and resolve escalated cases strategically.
- Analyse financial data and operational metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to the fintech product of Semaai.
- Align lending and financial services initiatives with business goals by liaising with Operations, Product, and Senior Management.
- Perform all other strategic and operational tasks related to Semaai's financial services.
