Finance Accouting & Tax (FAT) Manager

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Manage and oversee all Finance, Accounting, and Tax activities of the company.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and tax reporting.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and finance procedures.
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support business decisions.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
• Drive continuous process improvements and support finance system enhancements.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience using SAP, ERP
• Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, audit, and taxation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting).
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Language: Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a major plus).
