This job vacancy for a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager is comprehensive and demanding, covering various aspects of financial management, analysis, and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
Cash Management:
- Oversees daily cash management, AR management, foreign currency exposure, debt obligations, payment processing, and fraud prevention. Ensures compliance with policies, standards, and controls. Develops cash flow projection processes.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Prepares financial planning reports, analyzes cost of goods sold and operational expenses, provides strategic financial input to executive management, analyzes business initiatives, and manages capital expenditure budgeting.
Accounting Activities:
- Prepares financial statements, reviews month-end closing activities and year-end, directs maintenance of ledgers, conducts cost analyses, enhances financial systems and controls, coordinates audits, and liaises with external auditors.
Taxation Activities:
- Plans, organizes, and implements fiscal functions, ensures tax compliance, provides solutions to tax issues, communicates with tax authorities and consultants, manages tax audits, and prepares transfer pricing documentation.
General Activities:
- Manages accounting staff, develops staff, advises on non-routine transactions, monitors department work efficiency, responds to inquiries from General Manager, Board of Directors, and Headquarters, and provides training as needed.
Kualifikasi
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2. Relevant certifications, such as CA, CPA, or BKP, are a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of Accounting, Audit, Tax Regulation, and Transfer Pricing.
4. English speaker
5. Min 3 years of managerial experience in financial reporting/general ledger
6. Min 3 years as Tax Compliance executor.
7. Familiar with handling Indonesian Taxes & International Taxes
8. Familiar with handling bookkeeping in Global/Multinational (MNE) and Bonded Zone Company
9. Proficiency in PC skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
10. Reliable to the current Tax System (CORETAX)
11. Excellent knowledge of ERP MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or any other Accounting software (Accurate ETC)
12. Have good people management & problem-solving skills.
13. Have good communication & public speaking skills
14. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
15. Good teamwork and strong leadership skills
16. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
