Tanggung Jawab Utama Pekerjaan
- Lead overall FATP manufacturing and operation management.
- Manage production planning, manpower, quality, delivery, and operational performance.
- Coordinate manufacturing strategy and business operation activities.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
- Build and develop local manufacturing management capability.
- Support factory expansion and cross-functional coordination.
Persyaratan Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
- Minimum 8 years experience in electronics manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership and factory operation management capability.
- Familiar with FATP manufacturing process and operational systems.
- Fluent Mandarin and English, Bahasa Indonesian communication and must live in Batam Island
- Overseas manufacturing experience preferred.
