Executive Engineering - Chief Mechanic
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Lead the Mechanical Sewing team and daily engineering operations.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of sewing machines.
- Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support production continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement in machine performance and maintenance practices.
- Conduct training sessions to bridge the identified skill gap of mechanics in order to have a strong pool of Mechanics.
- Ensure all sewing/non-sewing machinery align with all Health, Safety and Compliance guidelines to maintain zero accidents.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in engineering or maintenance within a garment/apparel manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of sewing machines and garment production equipment.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in mechanical sewing in apparel manufacturing is an advantage.
