Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Supporting & Assisting in the Pre-event process:
- Assisting the Brand Team in monitoring and managing event progress.
- Coordinating and following up with vendors regarding pricing, quotations, quantities, and terms & conditions.
- Coordinating and following up with event partners regarding sponsorship benefits, technical requirements, and related matters
- Participating in regular meetings and internal coordination with the Brand Team and Head of Marketing.
- Assisting during the event load-in process.
Supporting & Assisting During Event:
- Educating visitors about Treasury’s products and services.
- Assisting guests with the registration process upon arrival during the event.
- Providing on-ground operational support as a runner during the event.
- Monitoring event operations, including technical aspects, to support post-event evaluation and reporting
Post Event:
- Assisting during the event load-out process.
- Assisting with administrative processes related to payment detailing and coordination with relevant departments.
